First things first, our system does NOT require an ongoing subscription. If you select us as your trusted source of Bin Monitoring, you own the system. A one time purchase with no continuing costs.

Our Bin Monitoring System is second to none in it's simplicity, overall design, and cost effectiveness. We set ourselves apart based on two things. What we monitor and how our systems are designed.

We not only monitor CO2, Temperature, & Humidity, but we have expanded our latest release now includes additional VOC's like mold, bacterial, & fungus - the leading causes of CO2.

Our system is based on a modular design that can be expanded based on your needs. As you grow and your needs change, our system can grow with you. No need to replace, just add.

We break things down into 2 pieces, the Central Hub and the individual bin itself. We work with you to build each system to fit your needs.

The Central Hub: This is the data collector, display, & interface portion. During this step we provide you with a detailed list of options for how you view and interact with the system. Options include size and number of the displays, followed by remote access services like cell phone and tablet, lastly Databasing and Reporting. 

The Bin Reporting: This is the active Bin Monitoring system. For this we will sit down with you and discuss your site. We cover your Bin specs, i.e. height, diameter, onsite voltage, number and horsepower of aeration fans, & roof vents. From here, we talk about number of sensor strings and our design strategy. Our system doesn't require more than two runs of sensors. Then we cover operation and control of your aeration fans, conventional motor starter systems or VFD's and how we can provide you additional operations with them. We cover both options and help you make the best decision for your needs. Our system is designed to also protect against condensation, it is here we cover the roof vents and their functionality. Lastly, Active Bin Levels and our options, Radar and or Indication switches, these can be used separately or in tandem.

The Complete Package: The Central Hub is designed to support up to 10 Bins, but we are currently working to expand that to 20. If your facility currently has 3 bins and you have plans for expansion, they are easily added to the Central Hub. Reporting Bins can also be upgraded later, things like adding VFD's or Level later do not require a new package, just adding to the current system.
